It all starts with the Click2Meet scheduling site, where participants now have the option to schedule a virtual meeting with their retirement consultant.
Participants check RC availability, easily set up a meeting, and receive a confirmation email with appointment details.
Participants receive a reminder email and then join the meeting by clicking a link in the reminder or confirmation email.
RCs can access participant accounts in real time and perform transactions on their behalf, such as contribution increases or updating beneficiaries. RCs can also complete forms, which participants can sign electronically.
Participants can sit back and relax when transactions are complete. Lincoln handles the rest.
Camera on or off, it’s their choice
